School of Tonsorial Arts
| | | The No Grease! School of Tonsorial Arts opened in July 2003. The vision for the school is to provide intensive barber curriculm that gives the tools necessary for scuccessful transition into the barber profession. Course instruction and materials, which far exceed the standards for the North Carolina Bard of Barber Examiners, prepare students for the many opportunities in the lucrative career of barbering. Students will gain hands-on experience with live models and mannequins, develop class projects, and dialogue during case studies under the tutelage of master barbers.
| School hours are the following:
Full-Time Students
Tues - Sat, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
(40 hrs of instruction/week required)
Part-Time Students
Tues - Fri, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Sat, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
(20 hrs of instruction/week required)
